I run in-house training sessions for PRs, teaching them how to spot news angles and write effective, well-structured press releases. These sessions also offer PRs a chance to find out more about what journalists are looking for and how they work. They can be run either as a general group training session or as one-on-one press-release “surgeries” with individual team members. Please get in touch if you’re interested in finding out more.
“Jen’s expert and current approach to press release training has helped my team immeasurably. She is a joy to work with, enthusiastic and truly understands how to grab the attention of the media. We will be working with her on a regular basis for many years to come.”
Katrina Kutchinsky, Managing Director, KK Communications
“Jen ran through the dos and don’ts of press release writing and my team found it an invaluable resource. It was great to refocus our minds on what to write, how, when and to whom and was a great team exercise to improve our output. Jen is a great communicator and her confidence, experience and expertise was instrumental in this process being a great addition to our training sessions at Tonic.”
Frances Cottrell-Duffield, Managing Director, Tonic PR & Communications
